Introduction

By booking a session or making a payment on our website, you agree to the following terms. Kristina’s Note Brokering LLC offers online business consulting services, primarily delivered through Zoom.

Services

We provide business strategy calls, startup coaching, branding consultations, and related advisory services. No physical products are sold. All services are one-on-one and booked virtually.

Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe using WP Simple Pay. You may choose what you pay (within limits) before confirming your session.

Booking & Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and scheduling link. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and require client availability on time.

Cancellation & No-Shows

You must notify us 12 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and considered fulfilled.

Use of Content

Any guidance or documents shared during sessions are for your use only and may not be shared, sold, or republished.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
