Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide you with clear, valuable business guidance. Since we offer live, personalized services, refunds are handled with care.

Refund Conditions

✅ If you paid but did not schedule a session yet — you may request a refund within 48 hours.
❌ If your session was booked and completed — no refund is available.
❌ No-shows without 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Disputes

We will respond to all Stripe disputes with proof of:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Booking date and time

  • Session attendance (Zoom logs)

  • Any client communication
